GENERAL INFORMATION & RULES

ADMISSIONS:

1. Students coming from other states must get the T.C. and countersigned by the District Educational Officer of the respective State.
2. Admission is open to pupils of all communities and religions.
3. Admission is left entirely to the discretion of the Principal.
4. The school admits students from L.K.G. the child should be accompanied by parent or guardian at the time of admission. The following documents have to be furnished in the school office at the time of admission.
a) T.C. from the previous school.
b) Date of Birth certificate (Xerox)
c) Copy of Aadhaar card of child.(Xerox)
d) Ration Card White Xerox
5. Selected candidates shall pay the prescribed fee in cash and cheque.

WITHDRAWALS:

One calendar months’ notice or a month’s fee is required prior to the withdrawal of a student. A written application must be forwarded by the parent for the Transfer Certificate of a student. No certificate of any kind will be issued to students if they have to pay the school arrears.
At the time of withdrawal the following rules will be observed:
1. If a child has to be withdrawn from the school in the middle of the academic year, the tuition fee for that term and the other entire fee should be paid.
2. TC application must be given in writing on or before 8th of April.

ATTENDANCE:

1.    75% of attendance is an important element for promotion to the next grade.
2.    In case of sickness or unforeseen circumstances the student has to get the reason filled in the leave record by the parents.
3.    Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than 15 days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
4.    A proper leave application supported by a medical certificate in case of sick leave more than a week must be submitted in written form by the parent to the Principal.
5.    All are expected to attend the school on the re-opening day/after any vacations.

DISMISSAL:

1.    Irregular attendance, habitual disobedience and conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school justify dismissal at any time of the year.
2.    Any misbehavior of a serious nature that has become public knowledge is liable to suspension or dismissal even though it takes place outside the school premises.

Examinations:

The student must appear for all the examinations / tests conducted in the school. In case of their absence no re – exam will be conducted.
1. No text books, note books or other papers are to be brought into the examination hall. Students found copying or using unfair means during the examination or discovered subsequently will be dealt with severely and ‘0’ will be given in that subject.

2. The progress of pupils is tested by means of class unit tests, and terminal examinations. The results of these are communicated to the Parents by Progress card. The Parents are requested to sign and return them promptly to the school.

Fee:

1. Payment of fee is divided into three terms for Nursery to X terms.

2. Fee to be paid as mentioned in the almanac.
3. A fine of Rs. 20 will be charged for every day after the due date.
4. Defaulters will not be allowed to write the test/ examination.
5. SCHOOL FEE FOR WHOLE ACADEMIC YEAR CAN BE PAID IN THE FIRST TERM ITSELF.
