1. Say, ‘Please’, ‘Thank you’, ‘Excuse me’, I’m sorry. 2. If you are walking with someone who can’t keep up with your pace, slowdown, 3. Give your bus/train seat to someone who needs it more than you do. 4. Allow others off lifts, buses, etc., before you enter. 5. When somebody impresses you, pay an honest compliment. 6. Greet people first and don’t wait for the other to do it first. 7. Listen. People appreciate it, when you pay attention to. 8. Watch your language. Off-colour remarks, curses, crude or ethnic jokes are neither mature nor appropriate. 9. Cleanliness and good grooming show respect for yourself and those around you. 10. Thank God for food, clothing, shelter, family. For a new day. For life.
