DEAR PARENTS,
You are requested to read the contents of this almanac carefully and in the interest of the child, abide by the rules laid down by the school.
1.    Parents are encouraged to visit the school from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 noon on the second Saturday of every month / on the Saturday following the distribution of Reports to discuss the progress of their children with the teachers.
2.    All communications should be addressed to the Principal.
3.    You are not permitted to meet the students or teachers during the working hours, without the permission of the Principal.
4.    If your child is not making the desired progress the Principal should be contacted early in the academic year for seeking out ways for his/her improvement.
5.    Kindly ensure that your child attends the morning assembly proceedings without fail. (by at 8.45 a.m.)
6.    If your child is suffering from any contagious diseases he/she will not be permitted to attend the class. A medical certificate has to be produced to rejoin the class.
7.    Whenever you correspond with the school about your child, kindly quote his/her full name, grade and section.
8.    Date of birth once entered, will not be changed under any circumstances.
9.    You are requested to inform the administrative office for any change of address or any phone numbers.
10.    Though every care is taken to ensure the safety and welfare of the students, physical injuries are possible. The school requests your understanding and co-operation in case of such incidents.
